Established in 2012, present in several countries in Southeast Asia. Our vision is to be the most impactful customer retention platform in the region. The Role: Senior Talent Acquisition

  • Handling end to end recruitment process from sourcing to closing the position
  • Optimizing sourcing tools and exploring any potential channel for the sourcing tools
  • Manage and arranging database and report
  • Fulfilling hiring target as a team and as a individual
  • Identifying Business unit needs, and give an advice for hiring related not limited to strategy, process, and type of position
  • Engaging with all of the hiring partners
  • This role will be reporting to Talent Acquisition Manager and Head of HR

The Candidate

  • Proactive and able to take initiative with sharp attention to detail
  • Minimum 2 years of internal hiring experienced, headhunter background is a plus
  • Willingness to go extra mile and work under pressure includes overtime, etc, strive to succeed personality
  • Good track of history in hiring technology specialist (IT)
  • Experienced in using LinkedIn, JobStreet, Tech in Asia, and any other sourcing tools
