Head of Talent Acquisition

The Role: Senior Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end to end recruitment process from sourcing to closing the position
  • Optimizing sourcing tools and exploring any potential channel for the sourcing tools
  • Manage and arranging database and report
  • Ensure successful delivery of talent against SLAs and KPIs
  • Fulfilling hiring target as a team and as a individual
  • Optimize operational process flows and identify ways to deliver a consistent and scalable recruitment experience to all stakeholders
  • Identifying Business unit needs, and give an advice for hiring related not limited to strategy, process, and type of position
  • Develop relationship with all of the hiring partners
  • This role will be reporting to Head of HR

The Candidate

  • Bachelor' degree in any major, preferably overseas graduate.
  • Stellar communication in English
  • Proactive and able to take initiative with sharp attention to detail.
  • Minimum 5 - 8 years in a highly fast paced environment ideally from in-house and recruitment agencies with a good track record of hunting talents across the SEA region or have experience working overseas.
  • In depth knowledge on full cycle recruiting in tech and non-tech hiring.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile and work under pressure includes overtime, etc, striving to succeed in personality.
  • Self-starter and self-motivator who thrives in an ambiguous and a start-up and diverse work environment.
  • Good track of history in hiring technology specialists (IT).
  • Experienced in using Linkedin, JobStreet, Tech in Asia, and any other sourcing tools
