The Role: Senior Talent Acquisition
- Manage end to end recruitment process from sourcing to closing the position
- Optimizing sourcing tools and exploring any potential channel for the sourcing tools
- Manage and arranging database and report
- Ensure successful delivery of talent against SLAs and KPIs
- Fulfilling hiring target as a team and as a individual
- Optimize operational process flows and identify ways to deliver a consistent and scalable recruitment experience to all stakeholders
- Identifying Business unit needs, and give an advice for hiring related not limited to strategy, process, and type of position
- Develop relationship with all of the hiring partners
- This role will be reporting to Head of HR
