This role is part of the Commercial team and will be reporting to the Head of Commercial. In this role you are making an impact in strengthening our business in assigned categories or segments.

The Role: Senior Manager Product Marketing

  • Create sales playbooks for specific verticals and our email product.
  • Refine and update messaging and collateral.
  • Train the sales and customer success teams on product and support offerings, and create related training materials.
  • Create collateral for prospects and customers that clearly articulate our email product.
  • Create vertical-specific content and materials that showcase the value TADA creates for customers.
  • Ensure that messaging resonates with customers and internal teams - (talk to customers and understand their motivations, needs and use-cases deeply. Ability to foster collaboration between multiple departments. Influence outcomes  and project manage campaigns).
  • Conduct competitive analysis/market research.
  • Develop and produce market research that shows our products and services relative to competitors.
  • Develop compelling content in collaboration with internal stakeholders that will help drive customer engagement.
  • Help conceive and develop plans and coordinate with various teams to execute innovative programs that drive key metrics.
  • Manage post-launch support for email and assigned verticals with content creation and internal training sessions.

The Candidate

  • 5 – 8 years of product marketing, marketing, customer success, or related experience (B2B Market).
  • Eagerness to roll up your sleeves to get things done (even the unglamorous things).
  • Problem-solve in a fast-paced, self-driven environment.
  • Communication aptitude coupled with an enthusiasm for product marketing and technology, and the ability to translate this into compelling narratives.
  • Demonstrated superior analytical skills, applying conceptual models, recognizing patterns while drawing and defending conclusions.
  • Must be adept at creating presentations and adaptable in altering the flow and content based on audience.
  • Proven ability to plan and define research projects and interpret data to craft compelling stories.
  • Passion for analyzing products, customers, and market dynamics.
  • Strong writing and communication skills with the capacity to create exceptional content and comfortably engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Extraordinary organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Inclusive collaboration style and can-do attitude that adds to the TADA culture.
  • Ability to pick up new tools and concepts quickly.
  • Highly collaborative and able to work in a fast growth, entrepreneurial environment across teams.
  • Mix of left and right brain – able to drive creative ideas / solutions and analytical contents.
  • Experience working with email as a product, mobile platforms and knowledge of the mobile marketing ecosystem.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking ability and strong business judgment.
  • Experience with sales enablement, training, etc.
  • Experience in marketing products and services.
  • In-depth understanding of the mobile engagement space.
  • Experience in eCommerce, FinTech, or Gaming is a plus.
