The Role: Senior Manager Product Marketing
- Create sales playbooks for specific verticals and our email product.
- Refine and update messaging and collateral.
- Train the sales and customer success teams on product and support offerings, and create related training materials.
- Create collateral for prospects and customers that clearly articulate our email product.
- Create vertical-specific content and materials that showcase the value TADA creates for customers.
- Ensure that messaging resonates with customers and internal teams - (talk to customers and understand their motivations, needs and use-cases deeply. Ability to foster collaboration between multiple departments. Influence outcomes and project manage campaigns).
- Conduct competitive analysis/market research.
- Develop and produce market research that shows our products and services relative to competitors.
- Develop compelling content in collaboration with internal stakeholders that will help drive customer engagement.
- Help conceive and develop plans and coordinate with various teams to execute innovative programs that drive key metrics.
- Manage post-launch support for email and assigned verticals with content creation and internal training sessions.
