It is an end-to-end customer retention platform that brings together customer data and behavior from online and offline channels to launch and manage a revenue-centric retention program. The Role: Sales Apprentice

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead, follow up and outbound calls and emails
  • Search and research the industry along with its key players and competitors 
  • Directing qualified opportunities to the commercial team including pods leader, and hunters
  • Creating regular report for daily and weekly updates on the numbers of contacts, reach out, meeting schedules
  • Identifying, understanding potential clients needs, and then communicating the right solutions 
  • Non-aggressively make an introduction of TADA products and services as solutions to prospects

The Candidate

  • Fresh Graduate from any reputable university, majoring Communication, Language, Management, Computer, Information System
  • Telesales (any field)
  • Tech savvy, computer literate and English fluency
  • Familiar with LinkedIn and Google Search will be a plus point
  • Stellar communication (writing & presentation skills)
  • Proactive, creative, good listener, strong business acumen and target-oriented
