The Role: Project Assistant

  • Support the Chief of Staff in ensuring the tasks, assignments, or projects are carried out and completed within the deadlines.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to achieve team-level goals including providing advice or building alignment cross-department.
  • Research and build meeting materials including presentations, proposals, and relevant reports with adequate data and analysis.
  • Promote company-level initiatives across teams of all levels in the organization.

The Candidate

  • Fresh graduate or entry-level from any reputable university.
  • Stellar communication (writing and presentation skills) and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in English and highly skilled with Ms. Office
  • Ability to learn quickly and willing to explore possibilities
  • Proactive, strong business acumen, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
