It is an end-to-end customer retention platform that brings together customer data and behavior from online and offline channels to launch and manage a revenue-centric retention program. Established in 2012, present in several countries in Southeast Asia. Our vision is to be the most impactful customer retention platform in the region. TADA has successfully been trusted by and integrated with 400+ Global Companies across fast-growing industries.

The Role: Product Support

  • Gather client's program requirement from project management team
  • Create program for our client in back office dashboard
  • Handle change request program from the clients
  • Coordinate with internal team to fulfill client's program needs
  • Test the program and ensure there is no mistake

The Candidate

  • Graduated with a bachelor degree from reputable local & overseas universities with Technology/Engineering/Business Background are preferred
  • GPA minimum of 3.5 out of 4.0
  • Good Communication Skill
  • Great attention to detail
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google docs and other relevant tools
  • Able to create an engaging and insightful report using PowerPoint & Excel
  • Leadership experience in leading projects within an organization is preferred
