WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Account Director, YOU WILL:
- Maintain relationship with clients and to identify revenue-generating and marketing opportunities
- Understand the client’s business environments, strategies, and industry to provide the best solution for their situation
- Navigate complex issues, both technical and non-technical, and use sound judgment and data to make decisions that are best for clients
- Analyse clients problem/request and maintain client’s expectation and trust by resolve complaints and provide alternatives & solutions
- Discover new collaborative opportunity fit into clients’ short-term and long-term development plan
- Coordinate and monitor tasks to ensure issues are resolved timely and accurately
- Provide deep product expertise and serve as the subject matter expert for platform use and support
YOU HAVE:
- Minimum Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree from reputable universities.
- Strong executive presence; ability to build relationships at different levels of customer organizations, from C level to mid-level managers.
- Strategic perspective – demonstrated ability to orchestrate deals and long-term plans that align with a beneficial client strategy.
- Company and client expertise with value focused solution sales and support
- Demonstrated and successful ability to navigate complex customers issues
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships in a matrixed environment
- Prior consulting experience is an advantage
