Job Descriptions:

• Oversees the invoicing team member, starting from the preparation, validation and completeness of the daily and monthly billing to clients.
• Creates and provides a prioritized list of clients to be invoiced to team members.
• Manage good processing to ensure timely update on contracts and new client. information (pricing and charging detail) to the accounting software and other related platform.
• Analyze and fix billing discrepancies or errors with credit/debit note. When needed, you will actively work with other team to get required data and documents.
• Managing client's database, filings and respond to client inquiries.
• Providing support to accountants and other financial team members.
• Actively supporting the invoicing processes automation.

Job Requirements:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Min 2-3 years of experience in the same field would be advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in invoicing software, such as Xero is an advantage.
• Knowledge of accounting databases and recordkeeping.
• Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good communication to collaborate, manage client request, and answer queries.
