It is an end-to-end customer retention platform that brings together customer data and behavior from online and offline channels to launch and manage a revenue-centric retention program. Established in 2012, present in several countries in Southeast Asia. Our vision is to be the most impactful customer retention platform in the region. The Role: Inside Sales

  • Generate qualified sales lead from the assigned data for the sales team
  • Conduct research on the assigned contacts and understand prospect needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospects
  • Create creative emails templates for email campaign
  • Be active on LinkedIn and message your contacts for a meeting
  • Ready to dial 50-60 outbound calls a day, strike and initiate a conversation with the assigned contacts to build an interest of TADA solution

The Candidate

  • Positive, can-do attitude with the drive to continuously learn and improve
  • 1 to 2 years of outbound/inside sales or 4 – 5 years of international call center experience
  • Basic knowledge of technology, such as SaaS and other software’s
  • Willing to work in a flexible shift as per the regional allocation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Should be a go-getter, aggressive, hungry & career-oriented
  • Be fearless to start a conversation with CXO’s and Decision-maker’s
  • Be self-motivated and results-driven; passionate to learn and grow
  • Experience using CRM, lead generation tools & other networking channels to generate leads will be a plus
  • Ready to work in a start-up environment with flexibility & owning your responsibility to take up assigned duties
