The Role: Culture & Engagement Manager

  • Managing employee engagement activities through a range of initiatives including business updates, value awards, etc.  
  • Use a range of employee feedback to regularly set up engaging and exciting activities where everyone can participate to build a stronger bond and strengthen culture & value. 
  • Analyze patterns in employee data to further shape engagement activities to maximize measurable impact.  
  • Build strong relationships with leaders in the organization to collaborate in evangelizing company values to the whole company to achieve business goals. 
  • Continuously seek out new ways to engage employees enthusiastically.  


This role requires:

  • Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating strategic culture and engagement strategies and solutions.
  • Experience in culture transformation projects and strong knowledge of the elements needed to drive change across a large business.
  • Excellent project and program management skills.
  • Demonstrable experience managing complex stakeholder expectations; both internal and external.
