The Role : Inside Sales/ Sales Development Representative
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Answer phones and set up a meeting with potential clients based on their availability
- Capture customer information, including addresses and phone numbers, for future follow up
- Explain company profiles to prospective clients
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
- Understanding customer needs and requirements and discuss it with business partner
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate business partner for further development and closure
The Candidate
- Bachelor Degree in Communication or related field
- Proven inside sales experience is an advantage
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
