The Role: Project Manager

  • Assist to discuss, create, and review any testing program related to international projects
  • Ensure project documentations (BRD/SOP) are created and reviewed correctly to meet business requirements
  • Create a project timeline and make sure it is delivered
  • Do testing and UAT required during project implementation
  • Deliver socialization/training to clients regarding the project implementation
  • Identify client demands, core issues, problem-solving, and deliver the solution to them
  • Build analysis & presentation to help BOD decision making
  • Coordinate well with internal parties to avoid any miss-communication

The Candidate

  • Fluency in English, Bahasa is a must. Chinese is a plus
  • Graduated from a reputable University with good grades is preferable
  • Have at least 2 years in managing projects, especially on projects implementation related or Min. GPA 3.5 for a fresh graduate
  • Project management skills
  • Have effective communication skills
  • Team oriented and good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and willing to explore possibilities
  • Able to understand, determine and articulate requirements to achieve goals
  • Passion for the role & energy to outserve
  • Quantitative discipline with strong business sense and ability to articulate complex analyses to a wide range of audiences, and translating these into actionable business activity
