The Role: Audit Manager

• Lead Internal Audit’s change initiative by implementing action plans related to risk assessment and planning of operational process, audit execution, financial reporting, staff recruiting and development, and audit technology
• Issue all Internal Audit reports ensuring the reports are clear, concise, identify root causes with practical solutions, and ultimately provide value to management
• Ascertaining business process threats and Produce reports underlining problems in order to provide a prospective ways out
• Performs audit work, including plan preparation, workpapers, finding, and associated reports; verifies the accuracy of financial records as they pertain to assets, liabilities, receipts, expenditures, and related transactions
• Execute audit plan by identifying all possibilities to improve and increase the efficient use of resources, activities, and business processes, including potential new opportunities
• Improve the implementation quality of good corporate governance, internal control, and risk operations
• Submit audit results to internal counterparts; ensure these results comply with applicable policies, regulations, and procedures

The Candidate

• At least 2-3 years of experience as an auditor in a consulting firm; experience conducting audit for payment/financial services/IT Operational
• Good understanding of Risk Management and Compliance
• Good analytical thinking & problem solving abilities
• Strong communication skills to work with sharp approach skill
• Proficient in using complex Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and data flowchart system
